If you have changed your mind, you can return your book(s) for a full refund.

For a refund, the book(s) need to be returned:

  • In the original undamaged condition; in the original packaging.

  • We cannot accept books back that have been opened. 

  • Within 30 days from the day you received the book(s).

Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting receipt and the reference number is clearly shown on the outside of the parcel. We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance, as we cannot give you a refund if we do not receive the book, or if it becomes damaged in transit.
